Covid-19 Safety Plan for Clients
What we are doing
We ask that patients please consider wearing a mask when they arrive.
No team member is allowed to come to work if they are showing any type of symptom of being sick.
All pens, clipboards, debit machines, handles and high touch surfaces are disinfected between every patient visit using a high level disinfectant.
The office has hospital grade HEPA filters running.
As always, all team members are highly trained to ensure proper sterilization of our instruments and equipment. We use only the top-rated, Canadian tested and approved, Level 3 disinfectants and latest technology sterilizers.
We are staying informed and taking all steps recommended by public health officials and our regulatory colleges.
If you are sick and need to cancel an appointment please remember to give us as much time as possible preferably at least 24 hour notice. If you wake up on the day of your appointment and are sick please call us right away. Remember if you cancel an appointment because of illness we ask you to call us back in 14 days to reschedule.
Communication is key to a safe environment for everyone so please feel free to call or email us if you have any questions or concerns.
By attending your appointment you acknowledge that you understand physical distancing is not possible during your treatment, so there is still a small risk of exposure via asymptomatic transmission, despite all of our best efforts. We are doing our very best to keep you safe.
